Project Summary

Autodesk used a new approach to building design called Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) when it redesigned its AEC headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts. IPD establishes contractual agreements between the owner, design professional, and builder where risks and rewards are shared based on the success of the project. This helps define shared and aggressive goals, a key principle of Factor Ten Engineering.
